SHIPPING
• Processing time is 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
• Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been processed. Please be sure that your email address is valid and spelt correctly at the time of purchase.
• If your tracking number states that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it please file a claim with your post office. Pretty Fabulouz does not accept responsibility.

RETURNS
• Returns/exchanges will only be permitted if products are defective and in SEALED container.
• Returns/exchanges will only be permitted if customer service is notified within 3 days of arrival.
• Returns due to customer not liking the lashes will not be accepted.
• In the case of a return/exchange the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and must provide a tracking number to Pretty Fabulouz.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
